Simply Chocolate Birthday Cake
Baked this chocolate cake yesterday, for an uncle's friend birthday party.. he requested for his favourite - A simple yet yummilicious chocolate cake, and this was what I came up with :)
Simple enough right?
Yep! This cake had no eggs, no butter ;) but still as scrumptious and delicious and moist and lip smacking and finger licking good! I can tell you that coz it didn't last long enough.. the birthday cake was brought out and cut at the end of the party. I thought that everyone would be too full to eat any more since all the food served was so yummy.. But yet I couldn't snap even a shot of any cut out portion of the cake.. everyone seemed to be coming back for more and even the cake board was so clean!.. And when someone who's not even a cake person (who happened to be my aunt's hubby) ate some few slices then I guess you can say the cake DEFINITELY was a hit!

Wishing everyone a Blessed Eid al-Fitr Mubarak!
Been a while since I last updated my blog.. again :p. Was kinda busy coping up with some lil orders of cakes & cookies for the Eid recently, and also the house going through lil major renovation that seems endless. See.. I'm not much of a blogger actually.. but I'm trying (I hope you guys notice that lol!) I don't really know what to write.. I hope it's not too late for me to wish everyone a Happy Eid al - Fitr Mubarak! Please forgive me for all my wrong doings, and.. may we all find peace, and love through the days as we find our ways to forgiveness, and respect for each other. I truly hope that your days are filled with happiness and blessings of Allah SWT.
